Coast Guard Auxiliary air support is an extremely valuable force multiplier for many US Coast Guard missions. Auxiliary aviation aircrews are dedicated volunteers who are sworn into the US Coast Guard Auxiliary. These men and women who come from many different career fields and occupations donate their personal time and their aircraft to assist the Coast Guard. They are trained and qualified as Auxiliary aviators and observers, and fly in support of Coast Guard missions

Flotilla 10-02 - - Secaucus

Description
 
Flotilla 10-02 serves the Hackensack, Passaic and Hudson Rivers.  Flotilla 10-02 is located on the Hackensack River in Secaucus, NJ. We are attached to USCG Sector NY and are very active in Public Boating Safety Courses, Vessel Safety Checks, Water Patrols, Member Training and Public Affairs.  Please explore our website to learn more about what we do.

Flotilla 10-04 - - Grassy Point
Meets at Minisceongo Yacht Club, Grassy Point, NY

Description
 
Flotilla 10-04 regularly patrols the Hudson River, generally in the area between the Bear Mountain Bridge and the Tappan Zee Bridge.  We provide free vessel safety checks at local marinas.  We also offer boating classes to the public in Rockland and Bergen counties. Flotilla 10-13 is one of the most active flotillas in the nation.  We have been awarded the Flotilla Meritorious Achievement Award given by the United States Coast Guard to the best flotilla in the First District Southern Region for 22 of the past 36 years.  We have also been honored by Boat/U.S. as the best flotilla in the Nation for 2 of the past 3 years (2002 and 2004).

Flotilla 10-20 - - Airstation Caldwell

If you own an aircraft and/or have an FAA Airman Certificate, Air Station Caldwell is the place for you. If you meet the Auxiliary’s requirements and complete the Coast Guard Auxiliary’s training program, you are eligible to fly patrols, logistics and SAR flights for the Coast Guard with Auxiliary Aircraft. If your plane is accepted as an operational facility, you are eligible for reimbursement for fuel and maintenance (at standardized rates) for the time you fly while under orders.
